    Your leaflet meets the P2 criterion - "explain the principles of effective communication" but there are a number of SPG errors and issues around the use of language (for example, the "please use this..." text on the 1st page isn't realistic) which reduce its effectiveness.

    Addressing these issues would support a claim for M2.
